If you have a question that is not answered in the iNETstore knowledgebase, you may lodge a support request through our helpdesk or email us at support [at] inetstore [dot] com.

  • Have your question answered by one of our qualified technicians.
  • Questions are normally answered within about 24 hours (during normal business days). If you are not satisfied with the answer or if more information is required, you can re-open the support request.
  • We will answer all questions related to iNETstore and the development of your store / website.
  • Each iNETstore customer receives 10 support tokens free of charge* (good for 10 support incidents lodged through the helpdesk). You can claim your free tokens after you have registered by entering your iNETstore product serial number.
  • Additional support tokens are available for purchase.

* Products that qualify for free support tokens: iNETstore Studio 2001, iNETstore 2002, iNETstore 2003 (all editions of these products qualify for 10 free tokens).
